La procedura pone in vendita l'Azienda di proprietà di It Style International s.r.l., sita a Chiuduno (Bg), via Monte Avaro n. 13, avente ad oggetto la commercializzazione di bigiotteria e di prodotti cosmetici ed in particolare: (i) beni presenti in magazzino (dettagliatamente descritti ed elencati nella perizia redatta dall’arch. Danilo Salvoni, pubblicata unitamente al presente avviso di vendita); (ii) arredi per negozi (dettagliatamente descritti ed elencati nella perizia redatta dall’arch. Danilo Salvoni, pubblicata unitamente al presente avviso di vendita); (iii) automezzi (dettagliatamente descritti ed elencati nella perizia redatta dall’arch. Danilo Salvoni, pubblicata unitamente al presente avviso di vendita) (iv) 15 contratti di affiliazione; (v) formule per la produzione di cosmetici, non tutelate da diritti di privativa; (vi) utilizzo dei dominii internet “itstylemakeup.it”; “itstylemakeup.eu”, “itstylemakeup.com” (soggetto al versamento di un canone annuo). It should be noted that the Procedure has received an irrevocable purchase offer concerning the aforementioned company for the amount of EUR 80,000.00 (EUR eighty thousand / 00) and that the bidder will have the right to participate in the competitive procedure without further formalities.
